ALL SESSIONS ARE REMOTE SESSIONS. (In-person exceptions must be agreed beforehand).

Choose a quiet setting for your remote sessions, where you can lie down (or sit in the case of coaching) comfortably and uninterrupted for the entire session.

After signing up for your sessions, you will receive an email with a link to book your specific session dates and times - You can schedule your sessions at any available times and dates available on my calendar that suits you. Please schedule your sessions within 48 hours after making your purchase.
